Below, you will find a list of the AMA Arts Scholarship required documents essential for the application process. Ensure that you carefully review and prepare the required materials according to the provided guidelines to facilitate a smooth and successful application.
1) Application [Form 1]
2) Personal Statement [Form 2]
- For TOPIK level 4 or above or its equivalent holders, it is required to submit in Korean.
3) Study Plan [Form 3]
- For TOPIK level 4 or above or its equivalent holders, it is required to submit in Korean.
4) Personal Medical Assessment [Form 4]
5) 3 Letters of Recommendation [Form 5]
- References signed within 6 months as of the date of submission only are recognized.
- Recommendations from government agencies, especially ODA agencies and/or Korean Embassy,
representative of public educational/cultural institution could receive additional admission points.
6) Letter of Consent (Release of Information Form) [Form 6]
7) Official High School Diploma (Certificate of prospective graduation)
- Official Diploma Certificate (or Certificate of Completion/Enrolment) from previously enrolled school/university
- Translated and notarized, and either be authenticated by a Korean Consular or Apostilled. In the certificate, it has to be clarified as secondary education diploma or bachelor degree certificate. In case it is not clear in the diploma or certificate, additional certificate issued by your previous school/university is required to prove it is equivalent to secondary education and/or bachelor degree.

8) Official High School/University Academic Transcript
- Translated and notarized, and either be authenticated by a Korean Consular or Apostilled.

9) Copy of Passport of the applicant and both Parents
- Passport copy is not required to notarize. When passport not available, a copy of valid local ID card.
10) Official document indicating nationality of the applicant & his/her parents
- Birth Certificate or Certificate of family relationship issued by the government of the applicant’s citizenship.
- For Chinese applicants, applicant can choose between the family relationship certificate and household registration(Hukoubu) for submission.
11) An Original copy for Proof of Language Proficiency
- TOPIK or its equivalent for Korean, * TOEFL, IELTS, TEPS, ect. for English (when required)
12) Portfolio
- Print your name on each page/item of portfolio in case of missing or printing.
13) Certificates of relevant work experiences, award and/or other achievement (Optional)
